We all have a unique story, possess distinctive skills, see from different perspectives, speak in varying cadences. And yet everyday when we show up in our full display of color and distinction, its quite amazing that our togetherness fosters something greater than ourselves. Together, we can bring something to be that no one individual could have done on their own accord. Shelly will speak from experiences of the gift of working with diverse people to accomplish amazing goals. The gifts and challenges of seeking a common goal is an art for community work.
