Is Reincarnation a religious belief or is it the Universe's training system for souls?

Frank Mares is the pen name of a Columbus, Ohio successful business owner and psychic who tries to keep his special gift hidden from the "muggle world”. The sequel book, "Soul Mates- A Psychic Love Affair", (release date -October 2017) describes the painful and hilarious events of of being romantically reunited with two of his beautiful, but troubled soulmates. The sequel book explores the past life romantic connections of the 3 soul mates and leads to Frank's conclusion that one should never seek their romantic soulmate, but rather one should run from them.
